Job Description
Your Role:
The Human Resource Business Partner will handle the partnering activities for vertical and support the function in Manpower planning, HR operations, Talent and reward programs and drive the strategic programs for the business unit. The role should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and training.
Your Responsibilities:
- Load and unload products carefully.
- Verify orders against invoices and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Obtain customer seals and signatures on the invoices.
- Collect customer payments when required.
- Handle customer returns effectively.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
Required Qualifications
Job Specification
- Sat for the G.C.E ordinary level examination.
- Minimum one year’s experience in product delivery or related tasks.
- Ability to read English.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala; Tamil is an added advantage.
- Willing to work extended hours.
- Very good personality with strong PR (public relations) skills.
- Preferably from the Kandy / Katugastota area.
